There customer service is very much lacking since Jackie retired the new girl at reception needs a course in customer service she does not acknowledge u when u come in she's afraid to smile and interact with u not good for business especially when someone is going to spend ,2000 to service there vehicle and we have been going there for years and service our van fully always spending at least or more then 2000 Jackie we miss u this new girl has to go out your business will be doomed
Great staff, Great customer service. Professional and courteous. Have cars available for clients if needed, friendly mechanics. Clean, spacious office and sitting area.
Would give less if I could. Brought my van in for exhaust leak and was told I would need a complete exhaust system for almost three thousand dollars. Mechanic either lazy, didn't know how to do it, or incompetent, didn't want to install a piece of pipe with a clamp on each end. Tried to scam me in my opinion. Stay away people unless you like to be ripped off. Brought my van to another garage and was told exhaust is good, installed a piece of pipe and I was on my way
Excellent service. Ask for Pierre he's totally awesome. Great work on my PT cruiser.
