I have not had a bad experience with auto glass repair until I met Jiffy Auto Glass. I have lived in AZ since 1998 and I need to replace my windshield 2-3 times a year. They were scheduled to replace my windshield on Friday. No call, no show for a 5 hour time period. I called them to learn that their calibration unit wasn't working. I was rescheduled for Monday.
