Jose showed up right when he said he would. Was very professional, curious and kept his word on his price even though he went above and beyond with the drain backup. I would highly recommend his service.

Great experience!! Jose was fast to respond to our concerns and got our faucet replaced within a couple hours. He kept me updated the whole time via text (extra helpful because I was at work) and was super professional. We’ll hire JIF next time, no question.
Jose has been great for us. We have a few rental properties and whenever we have a plumbing issue arise, he is available to help, even after hours. He takes the time to thoroughly explain any issues and provide us with our options. He even wore shoe covers which I highly respected. He is reliable and fair, I would recommend him to anyone.
Jose was out of town on a holiday weekend camping. Still picked up my call and though he couldn't come out because he was away gave me the confidence to fix it myself I told me what I needed and what to look out for. He is an honest guy and he helped me out in a tight spot. It was a water heater connection hose that had sprung a leak. In the past it was a sewer scope and sewer cleaning. He charged a reasonable price for that and came out really quickly.
