I don’t appreciate being turned away from my appointment after traveling so far to this appointment for being only 5 minutes late. If this no grace period for last patients policy is so important why I didn’t receive a phone call, text or email regarding this??? I’ve never heard of such a ridiculous policy for patients who are sick coming to see a Dr. I will give advantage care a very bad review for allowing such a horrible policy and a very bad review for this insensitive Dr Feng for refusing to see me . I would never see this doctor again. Another doctor at the office gave me refills on my prescription of non narcotic muscle relaxers. But this doctor wants me to come see her because she wants to make extra money even tho it’s extremely hard for me because I work a lot of hours.
