I used Chen as my accountant five years ago with no issues. When I returned to him a year later, his attitude had changed significantly. He was unhelpful and delayed my case. When it came time to lodge my return, he informed me that he could include an additional amount in my tax refund, but only if I paid him extra. I would not recommend his services.
