Very bad and unprofessional service. I did final testing on vehicle oil consumption test. The technician Anthony Czernek said " 0.3 quarts of oil to be added after techs revisions and that is normal operation and consumption of oil for vehicle engine. Stay away from them.
Worst car buying experience I’ve had in 5 years. Purchased the car at Countryside location and had to pick up second key in Desplaines. Drive an hour 2 times to get the key. One time they neglected to call me cancel because the key hadn’t arrived, one time they made appointment and never told me about it and the final straw was when I had a 10am appointment last Saturday but the programmer didn’t show up until 1:20.
