I had a storm and 2 windows replaced in 2024- very good work- the storm door required unplanned trimming of the exterior wood trim - overall work was great The windows could use a bit more indoor caulking i could feel the cold seeping through- it’ll get addressed Exterior cladding of 2 windows was exceptional I will certainly hire JIC again !
We love the work that J.I.C did on our windows. We will 1000% be getting them to do the rest of them when the time comes. Very fast responses to any questions we had and very good at communication throughout the whole process. Overall was a great experience!
Bought a house 3 years ago and the previous owner had all the 2nd floor windows replaced and a new sliding door installed in the dining room into the deck. When we took possession of our house we found all the information and the bill for the install. Fast forward 3 years and we are doing a bathroom renovation I remove the trim off from around the window I find red tuck tape from the drywall to the frame of the window.
