Fine dining is absolutely trash. It just gives an excuse to increase prices. They are charging the atmosphere to a less casual experience. We liked the hidden aspect of it and affordable. We wanted a mixed culture experience not just one thing. They removed all Russian dishes from the menu witch absolutely pissed me off because that's the only reason to even come there
So good!!!! We got borscht, shorpo lamb, guro lagman (a handpulled noodle dish with lamb), boorsok (little pillows of fried dough), and plov, and everything was amazing. Very cute and comfortable interior, most tables have a booth side, friendly and quick service from our server Sabina. Reasonable prices for very large portion sizes. The guro lagman was a total standout. We will be back here the next time we’re in Chicago!
Amazing food! Huge portions! Classic central asian cuisine! We travelled from Seattle just to try this. Ordered Lagman, Plov,.Borsch, tea, samsa and dessert! Everything was delicious
The name of the business changed and probably the ownership changed. The quality of the items sold is good, but the prices are extremely high.
