Terrible experience with the doctor and the entire office. The doctor was unhelpful and seemed more focused on billing than patient care. I was charged extra fees at almost every visit, including annual checkups. Prescriptions were outsourced to a virtual company that appeared disorganized and unsure of what they were supposed to provide. When I had an urgent condition that required immediate attention, the office showed no concern and simply gave me a list of providers and told me to schedule appointments on my own. Not bad if you don't mind being ignored because you're over 40. Or that your expected to overload with Tylenol and pot rather than actually figuring out what's wrong.
Horrible bedside manner. Disregards her patients. I went to her with concerns and she completely disregarded them. 4 years later I was diagnosed by a different medical professional. My life for the past 4 years would have been so different if she had just done her job.
Dr. Yang is excellent. She focuses on the important issues and works with patients very constructively. The only downside is that it's hard to schedule an appointment, but that's true everywhere.
Dr. Yang has been amazing through such a tough year to be in healthcare. She is patient, compassionate, and professional. Her stand out quality as a primary care physician is her ability to combine expert medical knowledge and create a calm, validating office visit. I highly recommend, Dr. Yang. She is one of the best doctors I have seen in the Boston area.
