Jian is a super great guy and is an expert in his field. He told me has done all types of hair and my daughter’s hair is type 2C. I believe him too. See the reference photos. The service my daughter needed done with hair straight perm from curl to straight. I liked how the store is very clean and has air filters everywhere. Which I love. We got exactly what we wanted. He’s a nice guy and very friendly, but I don’t think he paid much attention to the kind of hair he was working with. He left me under the dryer with the product in for over 90 minutes, and my hair is pretty fine. Two months later, my hair is stressed, it’s falling out a lot and feels dead and lifeless. Maybe some people’s hair can handle that much processing, but mine couldn’t. I’m really disappointed and wish I hadn’t gotten it done.
