I don't really like writing bad reviews because I know everyone is just trying to get by, but I really don't want anyone else experiencing what happened to me. I got a root touch up, and it was one of the worst experiences ever. First off, the place itself was super tiny. I'm not even claustrophobic, but I was having a hard time in such a tiny space. I went to Jian for many years. I can highly recommend him for permanently straightening hair. My hair always looked fabulous. I only stopped because I decided to try short hair and didn’t need it. I plan on returning to him as soon as it’s long enough again.

I want to share my incredibly positive experience! I am writing this in 4 months after my first appointment with Jia to get the Japanese hair straightening treatment. I was born with HORRIBLY frizzy hair to the point where even straightened it was hideous. For probably 9 years I got Brazilian blowout treatments every three months that occasionally would help and other times wouldn't do anything. Jian did an incredible job with my hair. He took his time and is honestly the best in the DMV. My hair was super frizzy and he was able to transform it into beautiful silky, manageable and healthy hair! His prices are unbeatable and I will definitely be returning! Thank you for all your help Jian!
