After listening to my senior parent’s appointment, I was shocked to hear the Dr Zhang refused to do a colonoscopy for my parent. I thought KP was all about preventative care and active colon cancer screening for their patients. Dr Zhang then said if I cause a bowel perforation this will lead to a bigger surgery, and she would be blamed by her upper management team.
