I have been going to Dr. Jia for a few years now. She is always very helpful and positive. I really appreciate her bedside manner. Very friendly and professional.
Horrible Dr & very rude staff. She will not return emails. I had several questions about test results and she would not answer or schedule a follow up so she could help me to understand the test result.
I don't understand the bad reviews. Staff and Dr. Jia have been very courteous, caring and helpful. In the 6 months I've been seeing Dr. Jia she helped me lower my A1c from 9.5 to 6.8 AND I've lost weight. She answers emails and I rarely to never wait long for an appt. as well. I'm VERY happy with her!
Dr. Jia is great person.
