Dr. Yoo is a most intelligent, caring, and helpful doctor. She restores my faith that there are still good ones. For two spine surgeries now she has patiently listened, evaluated my personal symptoms, advised, and still respectfully empowered me to make my own decision as to whether or when to have work done. I would strongly caution anyone before seeking care from Dr. Ji-Suk K. Yoo, her office, or the larger Dartmouth Healthcare system. In my experience, she has shown very little awareness of the actual circumstances her patients are dealing with and seems detached from their needs. Instead of taking the time to understand critical details, she dismissed obvious warning signs and neglected her duty to provide proper care.
