So disappointed in this doctor. I had a phone appt. because I couldn’t get in with my primary for a month. Recently had pneumonia and caught another cold. Was worried it might go to my lungs again. 1st, This doctor “scolded” me for doing phone appts. and said I should get in to see my primary. I had a phone appt with him, very easy to talk to. Collaborative and understanding.
Had a call from him today . I been in pain for almost a year . Seen 6 doctors. One looked at my X-ray and said surgery. I needed a second opinion. What’s so hard about that ? I’m paying for it right ? Well he was rude . Basically didn’t care . I’ve. Never got so mad . I was in shock that KAISER still has him employed. I did my research and I can compare to the comments with one stars . SHAME on you Kaiser for having him employed….
I called Kaiser's "Get Care Now" and Dr. Ji returned my call. In short, he refused to prescribe a simple antibiotic and ignored my second medical issue. He literally hung up on me after I requested a second opinion. He then wrote an inaccurate chart note in my chart that mischaracterized me and minimized his unprofessional behavior as he defended himself for hanging up on me. I had an appointment with this doctor today. He was very rude, condescending, judgmental, and he did not help me. In fact, I was literally in tears by the time we were done. I was looking for help for a terrible cough I've had for far too long and the extreme body pain that is coming along with it. He acted like I was stupid and or just a drug addict looking for a fix. Very unprofessional.
I had an appt. with Dr Jack Ji on 6-5-18 for a pre-op history and physical. Dr Ji was very professional and friendly. He did some physical testing of my upper and lower extremities, and asked me many medical questions about my physical and mental condition. He took notes as we went along. I really liked him. I don't wander off with a bunch of unrelated medical issues, and I cooperate with my Dr.,s, hey it is in my best interest. Robert Eddins, Prescott,Az.
This man was arrogant, rude, condescending I could go on. I was forced to see him through the pre- op program would never choose him as a dr and will certainly never go back
