Our 40 year old chimney had experienced a lot in it's life, which left it cracked, leaking, and in need of some serious professional help. At the suggestion of our roofer, Jhunior came over and gave it a look/estimate. On the spot he diagnosed multiple issues: cracked flu, cracked mortar, loose bricks, and bad cap installation.
