Chad Waters from JHS came out and inspected our roof for damage. As it turned out we did not need a new roof yet. Chad was very professional and informative. When we do need a roof in the future he will be our first call. We highly recommend him.
I had my roof inspected by Mr. Waters after a recent storm, and while I was half expecting bad news, the inspector was completely honest and let me know there was no damage. He took the time to walk me through everything, showed photos, and explained what to watch for in the future. No upselling, no pressure just genuine professionalism. It’s rare to find that kind of integrity these days. When I do need roof work down the line, Chad is the first person I’ll call!
Omg these guys were awesome about our roof! Chad Waters was so professional and understanding when it came to all the questions I had about the new roof, timeline (with family coming into town) and my rose bushes that they will cover when completing the roof.
Chad Waters came out on behalf of JHS Roofing and although we ended up not needing a roof he was very professional and extremely polite. My husband ask about some other services such as a garage and Chad said as soon as we were ready to give him a call and they would get right on it!
