Hired JHS for a few repairs in January 2025. The crew that sistered a joist in the attic was great - told me how the repair would happen and made sure that I inspected it afterwards. If I could give that crew their own rating they'd get 5 stars. For some soffits and fascia boards that needed to be replaced, I was told that the whole board would be removed and replaced for each damaged board, but their first subcontractor just cut out small sections and patched in small pieces of wood - this was done while I was not on the pr... read more

Chad Waters from JHS came out and inspected our roof for damage. As it turned out we did not need a new roof yet. Chad was very professional and informative. When we do need a roof in the future he will be our first call. We highly recommend him.
I had my roof inspected by Mr. Waters after a recent storm, and while I was half expecting bad news, the inspector was completely honest and let me know there was no damage. He took the time to walk me through everything, showed photos, and explained what to watch for in the future. No upselling, no pressure just genuine professionalism. It’s rare to find that kind of integrity these days. When I do need roof work down the line, Chad is the first person I’ll call!
Omg these guys were awesome about our roof! Chad Waters was so professional and understanding when it came to all the questions I had about the new roof, timeline (with family coming into town) and my rose bushes that they will cover when completing the roof.
