These guys are awesome. I was referred to them by a friend and have not regretted giving them a call. They are quick and thorough. I feel like they're very trustworthy and very decently priced. For any roofing needs, you need to call JHS, they truly care about their customers.

Several years ago but horrible communication and experience. They harassed my parent until the original post I made was forced to be taken down when saying how poorly it went. They kept rescheduling and thousands of damage was done when the tarp failed and it was raining in the home. Would have never happened if they would have not rescheduled 5 plus times. They never offered any help or insight on damage which was estimated over 40k. I've found a great company since to use and recommend.

Didn’t show up for the time of estimate. They called after I reached out didn’t think they were interested. This is the second time I’ve reached out to them. No results

I was promised that a small repair that had to do with the repair from last month would get get done next day. 3 days later and no answer to text or calls. Collin and Luke are a joke!
