Jhs is my dau
I purchased two JHS pedals - the Double Barrel and an AT+. When the AT+ arrived, the switch would immediately stick and not turn on or off. I kept clicking it over and over again until it loosened up and then added it to my board. After a month or so, the AT+ started to cut out randomly in the middle of a performance and it was very frustrating. I contacted JHS and they sent a repair order. The same day that they received the pedal back for warranty work, they replaced the switch, input jacks and the power input and shipped ... read more
Big shout out for great customer service at JHS Pedals. JHS got my pedals on Monday April 4th, and they were fixed and at my house April 9th. The person behind the emails and updates was great. Even called when he was on his way back from Sweetwater. About to plug them in and keep rocking.
