We've dealt with James several times over the last year and he's now our nominated plumber. Punctual, polite and presentable! James goes above and beyond and has excellent communication skills.

High efficient On time and very courteous
First class from start to finish. Fully costed estimate. Turned up for job on time and completed job bang on time. Followed up 24 hrs later to check everything was working fine, which it was. Highly recommended
James did a superb job for us in Church Stretton, we found him to be helpful and reliable and understanding even when a third party (Cadent) failed to complete their work, they were paid to move a gas meter and all they did was move the pipe and not the meter!!? This meant James had to reschedule, I’m sure this was an inconvenience to him, but he didn’t make a fuss, we rearranged the work and it was completed less than a week later. Many thanks James I’m sure I’ll see you again in the future!
