Be careful when cancelling with this company. I cancelled my policy and was still charged for 3 more months. Getting a refund has been a struggle. Customers shouldn’t have to fight to stop being billed. I'm still fighting for my refund.
Tuve una pésima experiencia con esta agencia de seguros. Tenía varios seguros de autos con ellos, pero el trato que recibí por parte de la manager fue completamente inaceptable. Fue grosera, agresiva y nada profesional. Me parece increíble que alguien en una posición de liderazgo trate así a los clientes.
