This place is called Velez auto now & the guy is GREAT! ½ the peice of the corporate locations around him and he's honest and direct. Had an engine oil issue and he handled it same day under 10 minutes when everyone wanted $89-$116 to fix he did it for a fraction of the price. Can guarantee this will be my first call.
This place now called Velez auto center has the worst customer service and the most arrogant and disrespectful attendant-owner-person in charge. Remember that you provide a service and the client is paying for it. It is something you are doing not for free.
I was able to get a tire with rim for $65.00
I give one star because the app doesnt let me go more down. Worst customer service ever and the owner don’t know anything .they tried to make me spend 1600 in brakes replacement and the problem was the parking brake switch. I don’t recommend this place.
