Please save your money and do not buy a car from this company. I bought a Vauxhall Astra around 8months ago and have occurred problem after problem. Within a week of driving the car, my engine light showed and 3 of my car lights had blown out. They sorted out the issue due them fitting in a faulty pipe but since then I’ve had further coolant and engine problems that I’ve had to pay out of my own pocket. *PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY* - I do not believe the high reviews are legitimate! I bought my car 11 months ago from JHM Autohouse. I have, this week, spent £950 so far on dangerous issues that should have been picked up in the most recent MOT (which is a 'Pass' with no advisories). I was also told I would be sent the, already minimal, service history the car was advertised with. I never received it. Absolutely con artists sold a car that can’t be fixed wasn’t interested in helping people pls be aware when you go in there very helpful and seem genuine but once something goes wrong they are not interested in pretty sure these reviews are not real because there cars are so bodged I’m so very upset pls avoid at all costs taking peoples hard earned money that they work for isn’t ok how you sleep I don’t no

Im a 19 year old who was looking yo by their first car. Karl and Pauline initially were friendly and helpful until the car broke not once but twice and then refused contact completely, disregarded my warranty as well as my right to a 30 day refund when unsatisfied with reasoning. Stay as far away from them as humanly possible as they have taken money which took 19 years to save without a car in the world
