We had a great experience with Richa. There was clear communication before the event, she is very punctual, and uses only natural ingredients. My wife has sensitive skin so it was an important criteria for us. We had a bridal heena done as well as a heena function for the guests. The patterns were great, the colors came out great and it lasted for a good 2 weeks.
