I had a good experience with my car repair. They did a great job fixing my car within 2 days.
JHG Automotive accommodated me promptly during an urgent situation and initially provided a quote of $211, which I found reasonable. However, upon picking up my vehicle, the final charge was $444, a significant increase from the original quote. While the service itself was completed, the lack of alignment between the estimate and the final cost was unexpected. Great shop. They are very knowledgeable and helpful when something goes wrong with your vehicle. They are also the only shop in town I trust my BMW with because I know I can trust their technician Rhett.
They scammed me. I paid $3,000 for auto service which included replacing 2 brake calipers. I supplied them with new calipers and they kept the core returns worth $300. When I asked for them back, they said they threw them out because I didn't state that I wanted them back. A licensed AST should damn well know better! And then after the service was done, my vehicle was leaking fluid. I took it back and they said it was leaking from the oil pan, but they never touched the oil pan and the leaking fluid clearly was not oil. Then... read more
