Had a wheel alignment done here. The report before and after looked good but brought it back because the steering wheel was clearly out. He took it back, redid the alignment completely and said he can’t adjust it anymore. He thinks the steering wheel is straight now but hard to tell because the sun was hitting the emblem when he took it for a ride lmao He said as long as it goes straight and does not pull it’s fine…. Took it to fountain and they fixed it no problem.

While the service itself was completed, the lack of alignment between the estimate and the final cost was unexpected. Great shop. They are very knowledgeable and helpful when something goes wrong with your vehicle. They are also the only shop in town I trust my BMW with because I know I can trust their technician Rhett.
