Cesar is a great barber
Every time I came here I got a perfect haircut! The barbers are highly skilled and take their time with each client. The reason I stopped coming here and the reason for only 4 stars is the wait time. Even if I booked an appointment online, there were days I had to wait 20+ minutes before my haircut started. The service is great overall, just not if you're in a rush.
