I honestly don't know how Melissa still has her job. It has been YEARS of reports against her yet management turns a blind eye. This woman is rude, condescending and has none of the customer service skills to deal with the public and it's even more alarming that no one takes the complaints serious. I would never rent nor ever recommend this company as long as Melissa is there.
