I worked with Siva and Michelle to get moved into a new home. The were so very thorough, helpful, nd responded timely with my questions. I was able to move in within 3 weeks of contact. Very pleasant experience.
Current resident. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Let’s start with the long list of complaints. -When you go to view their units all over culpeper they give you a master key and a list of address’ and allow you to go on a self guided tour. Great way for someone to go make a copy of the key and have instant access to every unit they own. -Melissa still is a property manager and lies through her teeth. By far the worst property management company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Unbelievably rude, disrespectful, dishonest, and unprofessional. This is the only place I've ever lived where I had to worry about random people coming into our apartment at anytime with a master key, without warning, identification, or anything else you would expect, also without your presence or knowledge. Save yourself the frustration and believe every word of all of these bad reviews and avoid this company. Good luck too you
This place is unprofessional , they don’t answer their phones nor return phone calls. They have taken money for application and apartments and have not followed through! How can a company run like this? The amount of complaints on the site should have you running for the hills!
