We have rented from jefferson home builders for 4 years now and they have been great to rent from! The few times we have had to call for a issue, they responded same day--even on the weekend!! They are very easy to reach and have a very friendly office staff! We are super happy tenants with jefferson home builders rentals and look forward to many more years renting with them!
I rented a apt from them,in 2020-2021 and Melissa geer, was rude and no one came to shovel the sidewalks or put salt down, even after I called and told her I slipped in the ice from the broken gutter above, the water would refreeze at night outside my door. My apt also had Blk mold in it and I gotten really sick and now have breathing problems from it, and asthma! The apt also flooded, and had roaches really bad.
