The receptionist is very nasty. You have people that are very depressed and have other issues. They need to have a much better receptionist!!!!
Understaffed, with unacceptably long waits, Dr. Jhaveri's attitude is a bit combative and antagonistic, and he shows disrespect toward other healthcare professionals if they're not MDs. TBH I feel for his staff. Just as with every provider I’ve seen associated with Middletown Medical, this one month patient experience was a negative one, and thus so abrupt.
My son has experienced migraines since age 11, but recently at 20 had a novel migraine with speech issues. We saw Dr Jhaveri a few months later and he was very thorough, thoughtful, and immediately scheduled us for further tests, personally calling to get us in promptly. I am so relieved my son is in good hands. The wait to be seen was not long and the last office protocol is very reassuring. Friendly staff too.

Nah!!! this doctor gets (-2) stars. The wait time is forever and an eternity and he really does exhibit signs of frustration with new patients. The earlier review was correct. He too asked me "why am I here" a few times during initial visits. The only, and I mean, the ONLY reason I continued going back to this doctor is because he's willing to still treat and provide medication. The Crystal Run doctor I saw years ago wasn't that patient and "writes you off" quickly for "non compliance/adherence" not even considering or citin... read more
