Very bad broker no pay layover no pick up ph
Terrible brokers, will charge you everyday if you don’t call twice a day and give updates even if it’s on weekends and holidays. Will never work with them again
Terrible brokers
I booked a load with Jeffrey Nash. On delivery we were unloaded 14 hours late. I requested a compensation and the broker just stopped responding. They also cut the freight rate for no reason, no one could explain why. As a result we got 150 dollars less for the shipment and did not get layover. I contacted their manager Tony and he couldn't explain anything either. Guys stop sticking your hand in other people's pocket. That's not how this business works.
