Heads up not to hire Josh Harrison of JH Power Services or whatever he’s calling himself these days. We hired Josh Harrison for a home renovation project beginning in March 2024, with the understanding that we would handle demolition to help manage costs. After demolition was completed and our home was already opened up, the project price was increased. The work that followed resulted in multiple issues.
