Good experience all around. I was able to schedule my non- emergency repair within a couple of days, the repairman was prompt, courteous, able to determine an effective approach to an awkward and complicated, and complete the repair in a reasonable amount of time. I'm glad my neighbor rexommended JH Plumbing.
Finally a company that does what they say- professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I had a list of repairs and they all were addressed and corrected; might I add the repairs were more than reasonable. This team was efficient from start to finish including the appointment scheduler. Everyone was customer oriented and I am ecstatic to have found this company and look forward to confidently referring them to family and friends. Very busy so sometimes hard to get in touch but they def take care of the neighbors around here which is helpful!
Jeff is friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve my issue quickly and I will call him again next time I need plumbing help.
