Jack has been round to us a few times - with an emergency radiator leak that was flooding our bedroom with water, and a hard to find leak damaging our kitchen and bathroom. Always polite, communicated clearly, and really reasonable and reliable. Will always call Jack first with any similar problems.

Had a leak that then turned into a flood from the back of water meter. Jack came with 30 mins of a phone call the same day and sorted it within about 15 mins. Very reasonable price and a genuinely nice bloke! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
