I took my 6.0 powerstroke diesel into J&H Diesel. The cab felt like it was ready to come off the frame. Joel service technician replaced the bushings and it a brand new ride. While they had it i had them do a full mechanical service on it, check everything. Were pulling a 23ft celebrity crown boat. We had a problem going to wiskytown lake. I travel. A lot. I wait until I get back to Redding to stop here for my diesel needs. Joel, Russell, Jolene and Rhonda are the best!
Joel and crew have been servicing the GMC Sierra that pulls our 27' travel trailer for going on 4 years now. The staff is great, prices have always been reasonable, turnaround and communication clear and timely, service of utmost integrity. Joel also rescues senior dogs. He is truly a VIP in our book and we recommend him and his shop wholeheartedly.
I called and talked to this sweet lady that tapped me in with Mr. Joel and was able to take care of me last minute. I was passing thru with a truck and trailer and had a loss of power on my 06 cummins. A plus on the customer service and helped me out at no charge. I appreciated thank you
