I was expecting to be greeted with professionalism & instead was made to feel as if it was a burden to receive service . The lady giving the mani was named Mary . She was very rude , did a poor job on my nails & had a bad attitude. My mani was horrible . My nails were not filed evenly or painted precisely. For the money paid , it was not worth it . I absolutely appreciate and love this location has no TVs around. Its a very calming environment and everyone makes you feel like you are being well taken care of. Good prices $45 for a normal pedicure and you still get a nice massage and other add ons
I had a wonderful experience at JH Nails! James did my pedicure and was fantastic. He was detailed, attentive, and gives a great massage! One thing I immediately noticed was how clean and relaxing it is. Everything was spotless, with no dust or clutter, and the massage chairs are newer and actually work properly (not something you can say about many nail salons!).
