If their goal is to shut down the notion of a walk-in when the shop is empty, WELL DONE, 5 stars.
I tried this place for the first time. The staff were friendly. I thought this could be my go to place! Unfortunately, my polish didn't last long. It began to chip after 2 days and 2 of my nails broke. They told me they don't do gel nails but their services say they do.
The salon was clean and the tech was friendly and attentive.
I've been going here for years and am so disappointed after my mani/pedi this weekend. I don't know if they changed hands but everything was off. The lady overfilled the water rub, they never even soaked my fingers and the paint job is terrible. I got gel on my fingers and they uneven, far from the cuticles and very disappointing. My mom and both had a similar experience and are bummed as we're heading out on a two week international trip with crappy nails.
Awesome nail salon with the feel of a spa. Ambiance is perfect and Evelyn was fantastic. I will be back.
