Josh did an outstanding job replacing the fuel pump on our motorhome my wife & I just purchased. I am a certified RV Tech so I know outstanding work and impeccable customer service …. Vey professional excellent service and reasonably priced i live in Georgia and.my son is stationed at ft sill and Josh came to the base and laid on his back to replace fuel pump on my son's truck and done it when he said he would and for the price he gave before starting
The only reason why I’m doing this is because he’s not replying to my calls n text messages anymore he was suppose to refund us $1500 from a $3000 job he was suppose to do which I don’t think is fair because he didn’t fix our truck but I just don’t wanna deal with him anymore just fyi if you’re looking for a mechanic don’t go to him he was full of excuses from the start save your self a headache
Mr. Josh came out to fix my water pump problem. His phone quote was $200. I bought the pump and gasket at O'Reilley. He got the pump on and buttoned up. I gave him $300. Pump immediately leaked as he filled up the coolant. He ordered a new gasket. He left and i never saw him again. Excuses and broken expectations followed for two weeks. His last message was basically fixit yourself and have a nice day. Hope he isn't typical of Lawton mechanics (i'm a new retiree here).
