I give this company a one. Before I move forward I will explain that they did not perform work on my house but they did provide a quote. I requested a quote for a deck from this company. I provided plans and they issued a quote. I’ve come to accept that quotes vary by contractor depending on the area you live in. I’m used to the price hike. I received a quote from this company that was astronomical, $79,999.00 for a deck to be redone and enclosed. Materials would cost less than $10,000.00. Josh and his crew were great! Their customer service is quick and so helpful and they crew actually showed up a few minutes early. We had shrubs removed and after they left, you could hardly tell they had been in our yard. Our mulch was left very clean and even and looks great!!! We would definitely recommend their services!
Truthfully I don’t understand the reviews this man has received. My experience with him was horrible. Very deceptive and unprofessional. Perhaps he just had a bad day but I can only provide my review based on my experience
I too have experienced the same issues with this contractor. I could not believe the amount of money he tried to charge me. Justin should reevaluate his pricing.
