They were scheduled to come out any day last week to look around and charge me for it. Based on reviews where they overcharge people, I'm glad they didn't keep their promise to call or come by. How do they stay in business?
Just saw the credit card charge for $667 on a service call that was to provide an estimate to replace a broken heat pump. They said the service call minimum was 2 hours and then charged for three hours of labor. The tech was there for maybe 40 minutes. They also charged $90 for gasoline in their van to get from Bellevue to Seattle. Btw, the estimate for the heat pump was $12,000.. about 40% above the going rate on a heat pump for a one bedroom apartment.
