I’ve been waiting to do this google review in hopes that Jason would have fulfilled his promise to come back and fix some things…….almost 30 days later we’ve heard nothing. We’ve lost hope and will find another Trane dealer for help. The furnace and ac unit works well and I have no complaints about the product. What we are not happy with is the quality of the work.
