The woman that answered the phone was cussing at me can we say unprofessional. The repair man couldn’t fix the issue and I had to call another company.
I'm giving a single star because the maintenance guy was nice, but that's all I can say that is good about this company. We have been without a washer for over a month now and we have no idea the status of anything. This company does not communicate. Each time we would call, we wouldn't get any information. We would be told that they would look into it and call us back only to never recieve a call back. The only information we ever recieve is if we call ourselves.
