Well pump shut down on Wednesday they showed up Thursday at noon done by 330. The techs were friendly and courteous. I would recommend these guys to anybody that has issues with their wells!
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had during a routine maintenance appointment conducted by your technicians. The visit left me not only frustrated but feeling taken advantage of due to what appeared to be dishonest and questionable practices. This company is phenomenal! I was having issues with a dry well. I sent a service request at 11pm online. At 7 am I received a call back. By 9 am 2 of the nicest knowledgeable techs arrived. They explained in detail why the water wasn’t working and got it up and running properly in minutes. This is my 2nd 5 star experience! You don’t realize how much you need water until you can’t flush the toilet. Thank you very much.
Our well pump gave out at around noon today. It is now 4pm and we now have a new pump! Mike, Pat and Jake were amazing. I went from stressed to feeling calm and grateful (and the full range of emotions) in such a short period of time. Running out of water with no explanation is always a very challenging experience. Mike took the time to explain everything to me without making me feel stupid (I was already feeling out of my element) and went the extra mile to install a new pressure gauge in an area I could see it.
