I would have rated them higher for past service but . . . Anytime you receive poor service it reflects on possibly getting poor service in the future . . . A Barlow service technician came for an annual service of my radon in water removal system. Everything appeared to be working properly as it is noisy and i check it regularly including the morning of the expected service. 1950s customer service with 2026 technology equipment and whatever they do in the basement with our water needs in Middlebury. Best customer service and experienced techs who take pride in their work. Have been dealing with this company since I bought my first home as a single woman in 1999 and they have always been their for us..our second home they fixed everything since the October storm I’m 2012? to present day. Simply amazing reputable company. Middlebury resident. They are the best!
The whole team was awesome to work with on my well head extension project. Shout out to Jeremiah in the office who put my quote together and patiently answered all my questions as well as Ryan and Chris and Ryan’s cousin whose name I can’t remember (sorry bud)! They got the work done quickly and it looks great. I’ll be contacting them again when we are ready to upgrade our 41 year old well pump! Thanks again guys!
I cannot say enough good things about J.H. Barlow Water Systems. Chris and Bret came out on an emergency service call during the Fourth of July holiday when I was completely out of water. As a family with a newborn, having no water was a major emergency, and they understood the urgency immediately. Have used JH Barlow for annual well system maintenance for a couple years now. Always on time, courteous, professional and explain everything well. Our system just gave out on Memorial Day so I called the emergency number. Someone got back to me within just a couple minutes and offered to come right away to diagnose. We talked through the issues over the phone for a bit and I insisted he not leave his Memorial Day celebration and he said he’d have the team call me first thing in the AM.
