Great experience. Put in a whole house water filter. Travis Sovia was very personable, knowledgeable and did a great job installing our system and explaining how to operate it.
Richard was out service technician and he was beyond excellent. Infact at the end of our service I asked if he was an owner of the company because his professionalism and care implyed to me that he took great pride and interest in offering the best care possible. He preformed a well inspection, communicate the entire way through and made sure that we understood his findings and recommendations in detail. We had a frozen intake pipe from our submersible well pump. Travis and Chris did an incredible job finding where the pipe came into the house and were able to get the water flowing again Apart. Barlow is the best!!! John and Nadine Savage
Just had a service call from Barlow to a home I recently purchased. I'd never had a water softener system before and the prior owner had not maintained theirs for a good, long time. The technician, Paul, and his apprentice, Habib, couldn't have been nicer. They were courteous, worked out the most cost-efficient fix for my system and led me through how the system works and how to maintain it properly. I will definitely use them for my water system needs in the future.
