I cannot say enough good things about J.H. Barlow Water Systems. Chris and Bret came out on an emergency service call during the Fourth of July holiday when I was completely out of water. As a family with a newborn, having no water was a major emergency, and they understood the urgency immediately. Have used JH Barlow for annual well system maintenance for a couple years now. Always on time, courteous, professional and explain everything well. Our system just gave out on Memorial Day so I called the emergency number. Someone got back to me within just a couple minutes and offered to come right away to diagnose. Recently had Travis and Jake out to my house for loss of water. The issue was quickly diagnosed, and explained. Replacement of well pump was needed. Fantastic service, reasonable price and quality work. Highly Recommend. Thank You.
Very pleased with this company. Our well pump burned out and they were here within 3 hours of calling, had the new pump on the truck and installed quickly. Joe and Chris were both very polite and professional and we feel they went above and beyond. Will recommend to anyone in need of services.
