Horrible . ..destroyed my unit...technician ' s Name is Jeff R...my whole compressor needs to be replaced because of J&H..they yet have returned my call...hope this helps anyone who considers this company . ..
The only reason they even get one star is because he was on time. The owner, Jeff Rowe came when the temp were in the triple digits. He was terribly rude to me in my own home, yelled at me when I said it was still not working after he claimed to have fixed it, refused to go into the attic to check the entire AC system (which after hiring someone else revealed a major leak and required the entire system to be replaced).
