If you have ANY OTHER OPTION choose them. This is the second year in a row that my kids have been stranded on the side of the road due to their charter bus from this company breaking down. Not to mention it took more than two hours for a replacement to pick them up after a long day at Busch Gardens. The school needs to explore other options moving forward because they clearly don't have credible business practices.
