Call up to get a sixteen by twenty piece of glass for a picture frame said they were 223 weeks out... It would take literally , thirty seconds , never again
Horrible customer service. Lady was not friendly and 3-4 weeks out for two pcs of glass 6””x32”. They will Never get my business.

Horrible customer service. Completely incompetent and very RUDE. Tiana in the office single handedly lost my business (thank god) a $9k job for 3 custom glass enclosures. The owner really needs to get better help in the office, this woman was so rude and refused to give an approximate lead time for the job before I sent a 50% deposit. Lots of red flags, read the other reviews…stay away!
