Horrible customer service. Completely incompetent and very RUDE. Tiana in the office single handedly lost my business (thank god) a $9k job for 3 custom glass enclosures. The owner really needs to get better help in the office, this woman was so rude and refused to give an approximate lead time for the job before I sent a 50% deposit. Lots of red flags, read the other reviews…stay away!
I had no problems, I ordered a mirror 30×70 Told me a couple of weeks and they called me when it was ready. Not sure if I got a good price or not but the price seemed reasonable compared to smaller ones from home depot.
Need replacement glass for 48x48 picture window estimate was $1200.00. Cheaper to by New replacement window unit of same size. Some serious price gouging here!! Will take my business elsewhere!!
Beware!. We ordered replacement glass for 10 windows last September and were told it would take about 8 weeks. We paid a $1700 deposit to get the glass ordered. As of today (May 29th) we still have no glass. We have called multiple times and cannot get past whoever answers the phone and always says they will have to check with the owner and will call back right away, but never do.
