I rented a condo from this company. Not only did they steal $1300 from me and my family we also do not have a condo. Terrible experience. Do not ever use this company.
JOHN with JG Beachside Rentals was Arrested prior to our arrival and we were not allowed access to the property by site security. All of the Famlies dealings in the rental of this property was with Tammie of JG Beachside Rental SCAM Artist! VBRO stepped up and was able to secure lodging for the length of the stay to help salvage what could have been a complete disaster! I paid in full for a condo a month in advance. Drove 20 hours with 5 kids. He never got me a pass code for the place or returned any calls. We finally broke in with screw drivers. The place was a mess and filthy. Still haven't heard from him. I finally found the owners and they sent a lock smith and house cleaning company the next day. He needs more then a bad rating! He needs to be put out of business and a TUNE up!
John Gouth of JG'S beach side rentals is a complete scam! He will take your money and run!!!!
The owner of JGs beachside rentals is somehow getting away with scamming families and leaving them stranded with no vacation rental.
John is a liar and has a terrible reputation at multiple resorts where he "manages" condos. He leaves people stranded waiting well past their check-in times and he refuses to answer messages and calls. He withholds information that costs his renters money and when issues arise he is completely unavailable.
DO NOT do business with this company and the owner John. He rented me a condo, took my deposit and now the owner says he didn't have the authority to rent their property. He will not return my calls and his office will not answer when I call. I am out $567 and do not have a reservation.
In October or November of 2015, I made reservations and a deposit through JG's Beachfront Condo Rentals for Condo 1203, Tower III, in Edgewater Resort in Panama City, Florida.
