Unfortunately, my experience at JGM Auto Electrics was quite disappointing. The staff member I interacted with had a very dry and unwelcoming attitude, which made the whole experience feel unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I want to express my gratitude to the auto electrician who assisted us recently. When Henry the mechanic a few shops down noticed an issue with our trailer’s reverse light, he recommended we consult an auto electrician. I do not recommend this at all. After replacing the part and paying the fee, the same issue reappeared after a month and a half. When I returned, they refused to assist, claiming the warranty was only valid for one month. I have no idea how they treat their customers, but I strongly advise against them.
Haven't had problems here. I've brought two cars here and the issue has always been resolved properly.
Joe is very honest and his prices are very reasonable would highly recommend.
