Our Frigidaire vent hood recently stopped working. We reached out to JGL and Marc responded right away. Within a day or two, he came out when he said he would, he worked methodically to determine the issue, and he was very professional and helpful. Turns out the breaker supplying power to the hood needed to be replaced, which he took care of on the spot. He didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need, and he took pride in his work. I acquired a used washing machine that had a known leak. I contacted this company and Marc picked up while he was in the middle of repairing a fridge. He asked if he could call back and of course I said sure. He then called me back and gave me a few trouble shooting tips to see if it was a simple fix. It wasn't.
