Worst company! They will lie to you so you will sign up. If you want your credit destroyed hire them. I’ve been with this consolidation company for almost 3 years and my credit is still terrible and they haven’t even settled all of debt. Only 3 of the 4. They give you a run around on why nothing is happening. They have no idea what they are doing. They just want your money and don’t want to help. STAY AWAY you are better off filing for bankruptcy.
Its almost a year since I enrolled in this program and unfortunately have 5 unsettled creditors and 2 lawsuits!!! which one of them is just for $1000! Yep! They couldn't settle even a $1000 and when you called the customer service and questioned it, you would hear, we don't handle the lawsuit you need to call the firm presenting us! :( I even called them 6 months ago twice and told them I see Amex in "pre-legal" status and answer was don't worry, we will settle it ASAP, well its a lawsuit now! They keep calling me no matter how many times I tell them to take me off their calling list.
I’ve paid on time for all my payments. They claim they’re paying my creditors but my credit reports show is showing my creditors reporting they haven’t been paid in several months. What are they doing with my money if they’re not holding their end of the contract? I contact them and no response.
