They very quickly established a course of action to assist me with getting the best mortgage rate possible; given that my original loan holder was charging way too much interest. Michelle was awesome throughout our first home purchase! We got into a bad situation with a lender who told us everything we wanted to hear and then didn't deliver. She was able to pick up where he left off quickly and get us back on the right path. If she hadn't done everything so quickly we surely would have lost the house.
