At the moment, I’m enrolled in the Debt Solutions program. Before joining, my credit score was excellent—670—with no late payments reported. I understood that my credit would take a temporary hit in this program and was told to “trust the process.” I have done exactly that, even when some settlements fell through and I received a summons. Absolutely horrible. Very deceitful and not straight forward. I do NOT recommend them at all. When you call for updates no one can help and everyone you speak with is outside of the US. I am surprised they do not have a class action lawsuit against them by now for the lies and misleading information they dish out.

I do not recommend falling for this service, it seems great at first glance and once you’re hooked you get slammed with fees left and right, and will end up paying more in fees and extra fees which are a miracle the way they pop up out of the blue by the time you are done paying them, you are better off working directly with your credit card company than dealing with any third party. Wouldn’t wish this on anyone. I would’ve gotten rid of both my card debts with all the fees a gave them. BTW they claim 25% fee, more like 30-4... read more
