Horrible company. All the positive reviews are possibly fake. I’ve been patiently waiting for my title for over two months! The lack of follow up on their behalf is beyond frustrating. The best part is after confirming my address three times via email the idiots still sent my title halfway across the country to another customer. I tried calling to talk to a supervisor and was disconnected. Avoid these people at all costs.
Tori Dunn is amazing She was so Patient, Professional, Kind and Thoughtful. My whole title situation was a mess and it took a long time to get everything figured out but she did it!
This title company is the worst. They have processed my paperwork but did it incomplete and gave me the run around that it was the DMV’s fault with processing. I contacted the DMV and was told that they emailed JG with a list of things that were incomplete on the paperwork and to fix it but JG refused that was their fault. JG also does not follow up with updates and does not keep you informed. Do not us this company they will prolong your process 10 fold.
Do not use this company it is a complete fraud! I’ve been getting the run around for a month to obtain my duplicate title. I’ve been told several different stories and the last one put the icing on the cake. I was told that the DMV of Missouri is behind on issuing titles so I contacted them my self and was told differently from the DMV that it should only take up to a week to receive my duplicate! I bought a vehicle in February and still don't have my plates. The company won't issue me temporary plates. I've been driving around illegally for months. I was forced to use this service through the dealership. I will be contacting the BBB.
