I bought a vehicle in February and still don't have my plates. The company won't issue me temporary plates. I've been driving around illegally for months. I was forced to use this service through the dealership. I will be contacting the BBB.
I was told on Monday when I applied and paid for them to obtain a duplicate title that I should have it no later than Friday (Today). Here we are and I just got off the phone with the operator, Joan(?), and was told that it is supposed to be processed today with the DMV and that it should be ready next week. They came and got my documents from me, strung me along for two weeks only to tell me they didnt know it was a salvage title even though they received it via upload and confirmed it before picking it up! They double charged me instantly but then made me wait for the refund.
