My husband and I, a retired couple living in Commerce, Georgia, recently had our HVAC unit malfunction. We promptly contacted JG SIMMONS HVAC, and they installed a new unit a week ago. The installation was exceptional, and we were thoroughly impressed. From the time we contacted Simmons after our unit failed. They came outand charged our old unit. Not the reliable company they used to be. I had an appointment they missed months ago, but thought I'd give them another chance today. Same result! They were a no-show/no-call. Guess they don't need my business, or respect my time.
