The Aux heat on my heat pump was not triggering and my house was struggling to stay warm with the extreme heat. JG services was able to find a tech within 24 hours of me submitting a request and fix the issue in less than a hour. My Aux works great now and my house is staying warm.

Our furnace was starting to fail (very noisy draft inducer) and we scheduled service through our home warranty company, HSA. Our equipment is a bit unique, Carrier infinity series. JG Services was confirmed to support it.
